ENTREE is excited to annouce the Dorchester Collection’s first hotel in the Middle East…and what a spectacular hotel it is! Set on vibrant Business Bay, beside Downtown Dubai, The Lana will open February 1 and represents the ultimate in elevated living. It’s a place to gather, to celebrate, and to know the very best of this wonderful city.

The name ‘The Lana’ has multiple meanings. One, in its
Arabic translation, evokes a warm sense of belonging.
Another means to gently float in calm water, like the
waters of the Dubai Canal. To us, it simply represents a
place of tranquillity, comfort and exceptional hospitality.
The Lana forms one half of a striking interconnected
building, with a central podium for shops and restaurants.
It’s designed to make the most of the city’s captivating
vistas, gazing over the Burj Khalifa, Ras Al Khor Wildlife
Sanctuary, Dubai Design District and the desert beyond.
As Dorchester Collection’s first hotel in the Middle East, it
represents a new chapter in the collection’s unparalleled
global history. Experience the ultimate expression of
trusted hospitality and elevated living in a city where
wisdom, style, ideas and artistry now long for a place to
call home.
Shaped by the ever-changing skyline that surrounds it,
and the sparkling waters of the Marasi Business Bay
Marina, The Lana is an architectural icon, with details
designed to create a unique sense of light and fluidity.
Award-winning architects Foster + Partners designed
the property, with interiors by Parisian duo, Gilles
& Boissier. The hotel is managed by visionary real
estate developer, OMNIYAT.

Space and light are the defining features of The Lana’s exquisite
rooms and suites, playfully blending traditional and
contemporary touches, inspired by the spirit of Dubai. The Lana has 104 rooms, 66 junior suites and 55 suites. All 225 rooms and suites at The Lana offer their own distinct and wonderful way to experience Dubai, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows that welcome in natural light and magnificent views, and an outdoor terrace accessed through a sliding window.

The Lana’s eight vibrant restaurants and bars bring
fresh energy to Downtown Dubai’s dining scene. Led by
executive chef Oliver Jackson, the culinary team oversees
four outlets, collaborating with renowned chefs Martín
Berasategui, Jean Imbert, and Angelo Musa to create the
remaining four.
With 12 Michelin stars under his belt, chef Martín
Berasategui is an undisputed master of his art. The first
of its kind in Dubai, Jara is a creative ode to his native
Basque Country. Inspired by the region’s colourful spirit and named after Martín’s granddaughter, the restaurant brings together the
alchemy of fire, passion, warmth, and family, while Jara
Bar offers pintxos and creative cocktails.
Riviera by Jean Imbert is the Lana’s new modern Mediterranean restaurant is inspired by Jean Imbert’s own heritage and travels. It is his first restaurant in the Middle East, complementing his existing
relationship with Dorchester Collection at Hôtel Plaza
Athénée in Paris.

Located on the 4th floor, Riviera evokes the breezy freshness and boundless sunshine of the South of France, with à la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner menus bursting with creativity. Meanwhile, Riviera Bar serves up Mediterranean-inspired drinks and light bites.
True to its name, High Society dazzles with potent energy
and exclusivity at the very top of The Lana. Open just for
hotel guests during the day, it transforms into a vibrant
lounge from 7pm. Spectacular Burj Khalifa views await as
Jean Imbert curates a menu of eclectic light bites against
the city’s glittering skyline.

Award-winning pastry chef Angelo Musa brings his world-
famous pastries to Dubai, with an elegant marina-side patisserie, Bon Bon Cafe, offering delightful indulgences throughout the day.
Lobby life at The Lana sparkles with the sunshine of the
marina and The Gallery, infused with an air of sophisticated vitality. This is the place to be; to know the finest of the city and to
experience all over a refined menu. Home to The Lana’s
signature afternoon tea, it also serves breakfast, light bites,
and drinks.
Veranda is an open-air, lush garden bar serving signature cocktails,
champagnes and wine paired with a sharing menu of
tapas and Levantine influenced dishes. The perfect “secret
garden” for those in the know to enjoy a lively evening
with friends.
Bitter Honey is an intimate bar nestled within the splendour of the lobby of The Lana, serving tableside cocktails and bites, as well
as a selection of local honeys and bitters. The sweet mystery of Bitter Honey’s origins is buried deep within its cocktail list, used for centuries to elevate the delicate taste of one’s chosen elixir; botanical bitters and local honey now swirl new depth into Bitter Honey drinks’ menu. Bitter Honey will serve table-side cocktails and bites, as well as a selection of local honeys and bitters, and is set to become a bold new addition to Dubai’s cocktail bar scene.

savor.
