Manzanilla Papirusa is a dry wine, pale straw in color, aged under flor exclusively in the town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, which has a coastal microclimate. Aged in Oak Casks, Manzanilla Papirusa pours a beautiful golden color of chamomile with a floral aroma  It’s bone dry and light, fresh and crisp, with a hint of sea salt on the palate. A delicate and refreshingly acidic wine with a lingering aftertaste.  Grape Variety: 100% Palomino

Lustau Amontillado Los Arcos Seco-Dry Sherry from Jerez is rich and nutty, a wine of quintessential quality. Amber in colour, with hazelnut aromas on the nose.
