Why not offer the gift of love and passion this Easter and Passover? Pour your heart out with Cabernet Sauvignon and Edom and Peak from Psagot Jerusalem Vineyards. At Psagot, passion is not just a word, it is a way of life. Nestled in the historic hills near Jerusalem, Psagot has been crafting exceptional wines for over 21 years. Here, ancient history meets modern excellence, resulting in wines that embody deep devotion and artistry.
Co-founders and husband-and-wife team Yaakov and Na’ama Berg pour their love for wine, vineyards, and the land into every bottle. Through Israel’s hardships and triumphs, the couple remains steadfast in their passion and vision: to produce the finest wines Israel has to offer while honoring the land’s rich tradition and history.
This season of renewal, Psagot Cabernet Sauvignon; Psagot Edom and Psagot Peak wines are the perfect way to share love and appreciation. Every bottle of Psagot wine tells a story of dedication and artistry.

Psagot Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep, ruby-red wine with bold aromas of dark forest fruits, subtly accented by oak. This structured, elegant wine captures the intensity of the Jerusalem vineyards. It has an SRP of about $40.

Psagot Edom M Series 2023, a Bordeaux-style red blend produced from Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Malbec that thrive in the high-altitude vineyards overlooking the Edom Mountains. Its distinct mineral backbone and black fruit aroma make it a bold yet refined choice. SRP of about $50.

Psagot Peak, a recent 97-point Double Gold Medal winner at the 2025 WSWA Tasting Competition, is a Mediterranean-style red blend of Petite Sirah and Shiraz that showcases Southern French varietals adapted to Israel’s climate. It offers complex layers of black fruit, pepper, dark chocolate, and dried flowers, wrapped in a velvety texture with a fresh, structured acidity. SRP of about $40.

The Psagot Sauvignon Blanc 2023 is crafted from grapes picked in vineyards north of Jerusalem and presents as a dry, crisp, and fruity white wine. It strikes a harmonious balance in its structure, showcasing an elegance that complements its refreshing nature. With a bouquet and palate rich in tropical fruit aromas and flavors, this light-bodied wine delivers balanced acidity and minerality, culminating in a prolonged finish. This is one of our favorite Sauvignon Blancs. About $25 a bottle.
