A special Taste of Nobu 3-day event was hosted by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos from December 6-9, 2025.  

In celebration of the 6th anniversary of the brand’s flagship location in Los Cabos, Mexico, Chef Nobu was joined by celebrities Robin Thicke, Sean Kaufman, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Mabel Martinez Cadena, Chrishell Stause, Carmen Electra among many other notable guests for a special celebration set on the property’s incredible Pacific beachfront. The sold-out dining event, which was open guests and the public, featured a signature multi-course tasting menu, chef-led demonstrations, an Agave tasting experience and other interactive culinary moments that brought Chef Nobu’s technique to life in real time. Guests also joined Chef Nobu for a private sunset sabrage at Playabar Garden, pool party at Cortez Swim-up Bar Pool, Sushi Demo with Chef Nobu at Nobu Restaurant, private Omakase dinner at Nobu Restaurant Terrace and yacht excursion on the Sea of Cortez.
