Luis Fitch, the great chef who created the renowned restaurant, Los Xitomates in Puerto Vallarta and who now is General Manager and Executive Chef at Seawind Beach Club in Montego Bay, Jamaica, will be cooking in California as a guest chef in Sacramento.
