Luis Fitch, the great chef who created the renowned restaurant, Los Xitomates in Puerto Vallarta and who now is General Manager and Executive Chef at Seawind Beach Club in Montego Bay, Jamaica, will be cooking in California as a guest chef in Sacramento. Catch one of his meals if you can—he is an extraordinary talent. Chef Luis will be in Sacramento at Mayahuel Tequila Museo on January 7th and 8th. Luis Fitch is a super star with awards from The American Academy of Hospitality Sciences in New York, Maestros Cocineros de Mexico in 2013. He is a member of La Chaine des Rotisseurs since 2004 and has frequently been guest chef at The James Beard House in New York.
