Hyatt Regency Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the newest hotel to transform Century Boulevard. Located less than one block from the airport, the new and only Hyatt Regency hotel in Los Angeles features 580 guest rooms,
including the largest presidential suite in the area and 23 suites that can multi-task
as meeting space for a quick day meeting, or for longer gatherings.
The hotel pushes the boundaries of innovation and design with mid-century
modern furnishings in each guestroom. In addition to offering the largest ballroom
at the airport and the only event lawns in the area, the hotel has the newest,
most state-of-the-art meeting space, along with a newly built conference center
perfect for meetings and conferences to social gatherings and milestone
occasions, totaling more than 52,000 square feet of meeting space. The two Event
Lawns flank a swimming pool, surrounded by cabanas and fire pits to provide more
private environments that make the perfect place to reboot and recharge.
ENTREE recently stayed at the hotel and were wowed by the upscale service, spacious quadruple-pane soundproof rooms with thoughtful amenities (the famous Hyatt “Grand Beds” ensure peaceful sleeps), large pool with cabanas, exceptional fitness center, 24-hour shuttle service to the airport, and upscale dining, especially at unity la restaurant where the menu sings with Latin, Asian and fresh California flavors. Think Thai drunken noodles, carne asada, fish tacos, seared scallops and wild Baja striped bass and you begin to get an idea of the kitchen’s talents. The wine list is excellent and fairly priced. For quick, around-the-clock food options, the café-style unity la market offers guests four distinct stations, including the Illy Café, an upscale grab and go station, a freshly prepared salad and sandwich station, and a soup and noodle station with on-trend items such as Ramen and tortilla soup — all using regional products and the freshest local ingredients. unity la market is open 24 hours to accommodate travelers’ individual schedules and offers both a breakfast menu and an all-day dining menu.
We opted to pay a small surcharge for the The Hyatt Regency Club where guests receive exclusive private access to hosted continental breakfast, evening hors d’oeuvres, desserts and beverages. It was a very good investment.
You will not find a more “unairport” hotel than Hyatt Regency LAX. From the welcome to check out, this is a first class experience worthy of a stay even if you are not needing next door access the airport. http://losangelesairport.regency.hyatt.com
