STK Steakhouse and Vault Media Group hosted a celebration of sports legends on Tuesday, July 9 at STK Los Angeles to kick off ESPY week and the summer sports award season.

Guests mixed and mingled with athletes and celebrities, including rapper and actor Ja Rule; Robby Anderson, New York Jets wide receiver; Jamal Adams, New York Jets strong safety; Norm Nixon, former Los Angeles Laker; Davon Godchaux, Miami Dolphins defensive tackle; Eddie George, former Dallas Cowboys running back; Robert Griffith, former Minnesota Vikings strong safety; Kim Glass, Olympic silver medalist volleyball player; Warren Moon, former Houston Oilers quarterback; Rich “Big Daddy” Salgado, former Maryland Terrapins offensive lineman; Jake Olson, Canadian football offensive lineman; Sports Illustrated model Selita Ebanks; “Westwood” actor Adrian Dev; and actress and singer Dez Cleo.

A $7,500 donation was also made during the event to The MVP Foundation (Merging Vets and Players), founded by FOX Sports analyst Jay Glazer. This nonprofit matches combat veterans and former professional athletes together to give them a new team to tackle the transition together, after the uniform comes off.

Continuing their presence at pop cultural events, including Super Bowl and Sundance, STK Steakhouse created a vibe dining experience serving signature bites like Lil’ BRGs, tuna tartare cones, heirloom tomato bruschetta, and an interactive, decked-out donut station. Guests quenched their thirst with FIJI Water, Smirnoff spiked sparkling seltzer, Qure Energy Water, and specialty cocktails by Gran Diamante, including the Dirty Diamante made with tequila, lime juice, agave, firewater bitters, cucumber and garnished with olives, cucumber and pepper, and the Gran Pasión made with tequila, passion fruit sour mix, angostura bitters, rosemary and Tajin.
