The incomparable Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood has a special treat in store for lovers of fine cuisine September 10.

Luke Mangan is a leading Australian restaurateur and chef who is coming to cook a spectacular five-course al fresco dinner at the hotel. Joining him are James Beard Award-winning chef Michael Schlow and Luis Morales of Cavatina at Sunset Marquis as they host an evening of Australian dishes and local California cuisine.

Stimulate your taste buds with sumptuous dishes like Kingfish Sashimi, Grilled Prawns and Australian Rack of Lamb. The dinner culminates with a “Chef Chat” as they discuss the preparation for the evening’s dishes and their unique approaches cooking styles. Take home a delectable treat on departure from the pastry chef as well!

There is very limited seating available for this special event. Tickets are from $149 and an with optional wine pairing with your dinner, $199. Each course is carefully matched with wines personally selected by their Chefs to enhance the flavors of your meal. Final price includes all food, taxes gratuity and fees.
