Alice in Wonderland Tea at The Egerton House Hotel
The Egerton House will be offering a new, “Down the Rabbit Hole” tea picnic , complete with a selection of “Cheshire Cat” tea sandwiches, homemade “White Rabbit” plain and fruit scones, exquisite “Alice” cakes and pastries, and bottled water. Bring your thermos and they will provide a selection of Hatter Teas to choose from. For an extra-special and unique experience, allow their Hatter butler to escort you on your picnic, with a wicker picnic hamper filled with “Alice” treats and a playful flamingo croquet set. The Hatter butler will carefully serve your picnic along with two Champagne cocktails.
Afternoon Tea Garden Picnic at The Montague on the Gardens
The Montague on the Gardens invites you to enjoy a Picnic Feast or Afternoon Tea in the private setting of Bedford Square Gardens, served in traditional wicker baskets and filled with delicious goodies. Their Afternoon Tea selection includes a selection of delicate finger sandwiches, freshly baked scones with Devonshire clotted cream and preserves, a selection of seasonal pastries and a drink of your choice, while the Picnic Feast includes delicious sliders, sandwiches, wraps and crisp salads, with our famous vanilla cheesecake. Add a bottle of Champagne, Prosecco or wine for an extra-special occasion.
Get Tropical at The Montague on the Gardens Beach Bar
Starting April 16th, guests can enjoy The Montague on the Garden’s award-winning Beach Bar. The bar will be open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for one hour and 30-minute slots between 1pm and 5pm. Complete with real sand, a beach-hut style thatched roof, delicious cocktails, palm trees and a backdrop of a beautiful beach, you’ll feel like you’re basking in the Bahamas rather than in the heart of central London.
To get you in the summertime spirit the hotel’s chef serves a delicious range of BBQ options including meat, fish and vegetarian dishes followed by a tasty line-up of tempting desserts including assorted ice creams in cones. Cocktails are served in coconuts on arrival, alongside a superb selection of wine, beers and spirits. Guests also have the added option of unlimited drink packages.
Feast on Pies & Puds by The Chesterfield Mayfair
The Chesterfield Mayfair will be offering a collection of their favorite pies and puddings, delivered directly to your door. The hotel’s pies and puddings have been specially crafted by their chefs during lockdown and are now ready for delivery. Each pie and pudding is made using locally sourced British produce and is available to order hot, ready to eat or cold with cooking instructions. Pies are served with buttery mashed potato, peas and heritage carrots.
You can combine your pie order with a traditional pudding and/or a beer. Puddings can be ordered separately without the addition of a pie.
