We can highly recommend these two spirited mezcals, both easy and flavorful sippers:

Zignum Reposado “tip of the spear” spends 8 months in new toasted oak barrels and is 100 percent Espadin agave. The result: smooth, refined and complex, full of character. Zignum has a light body with notes of raisins, banana, and vanilla.

Senorio Mezcal Joven from Oaxaca is an unaged expression with the distinct flavor of cooked Espadin Agave, herbaceous notes, and touches of fresh mint and smoke throughout this distinct drink.
