We recently savored wonderful and innovative Southern California cuisine made from the freshest ingredients at Riot House, one of the most unique top restaurants in Los Angeles. Expect a fusion of colorful food and playful cookery at Riot House which sits just off the lobby at the very cool Andaz Hotel on Sunset Boulevard in West Hollywood.
Once a hangout for hard-partying rockers of the 70’s, Riot House offers a vibrant space and engaging atmosphere for dining, sipping, relaxing and flirting. We people-watched while enjoying an after-meeting cocktail and during the laid-back happy hour at Riot House Bar. But superb food was what drew us here and we were not disappointed.
Grab a table overlooking Sunset and let the fun begin. After dynamite Bloody Marys, we ordered a tasty Cobb salad, crispy chicken sandwich, juicy burger on a brioche, and fresh lump crab roll. Wish we’d had room for their famous tacos, margaritas and novel bespoke cocktails. This is not your typical hotel restaurant; the movie star handsome chef, Joaquin, knows his craft and displays real talent. Service is crisp and friendly.
Go for breakfast, lunch or dinner, it’s a sure fire treat to be in the center of action where a true commitment to quality alcohol, food, service, hospitality and atmosphere is quite evident.
