We love the latest releases from Windsor Vineyards

Brut Rosé – North Coast, Platinum Series ($32): This Brut Rosé was crafted in the labor-intensive Méthode Champenoise practiced in the Champagne region of France. Following bottle fermentation this wine was aged in the same bottle on the yeast lees for nineteen months, gradually developing the classic creamy texture and brioche-like character. The bright-hued wine gives a refreshing aroma of light honeysuckle, pear, lime, and watermelon. The smoothness in the mouth is created by the fine bubbles and time on the yeast. This wine is balanced with fruit and acidity – crispy but not tart. This playful sparkling wine is sure to make your soiree a hit- from the backyard BBQ to a classy Luncheon.

2019 Chardonnay – Russian River Valley, Platinum Series ($27): Beautiful stone-fruit flavors in this wine manage to be rich and refreshing at the same time. A complex bouquet of ripe nectarine, green apple, tropical pineapple, and apricot opens up to fresh white peach framed by classic flavors of crème brûlée, lush vanilla bean and well-integrated, toasty oak. Enjoy an elegant creamy, lingering finish balanced by a firm underpinning of acidity. French in style with clean fruit and balanced acidity, this Chardonnay makes a great complement to braised chicken thighs or rosemary roast turkey.

Founded by wine legend Rodney Strong, what began as the simple idea of writing customer’s names on bottles has since grown into a wide range of personalizable options, including hand-etching.
